Use leftover mashed potatoes to make this delicious potato soup

leftover mashed potatoes

milk

dried green onions

garlic salt

garlic powder

black pepper

dried thyme
Instructions
Pull out your leftover mashed potatoes and add them to the large pot
Add your milk to make sure it covers the mashed potatoes well
Add your seasonings and mix with a spoon well
Turn on the stove eye to medium and bring to a boil
After it is boiling, turn to low and let simmer while stirring for 10 minutes
Add to a bowl and sprinkle some dried green onion on top for garnish
Make a grilled cheese to go with it because they are a great combo
