Put all of the vegetables into one of the pans together
Add olive oil into a cup and brush it all over the vegetables
Sprinkle vegetables with garlic salt seasoning
Put the vegetables into the preheated oven and cook for 45 minutes or more if needed to your liking
Set a 25 minute time as soon as you put the vegetables into the oven, when this timer goes off then you will put the salmon into the oven
Before the 25-minute timer goes off, prep the fish by rinsing it
Spread olive oil on the fish and sprinkle with the garlic salt
Once the timer goes off, put the fish into the oven and cook it until it reaches 145 degrees with a meat thermomente. Some prefer it to come out of the oven at 130 degrees- It will look light pink with white stuff on it when it is done. It will also be flaky.

Be sure to thaw the fish in the refrigerator the night before so that it will cook properly.
