  • 1 LG Bag Pre cleaned devained large shrimp
  • 1 bg soft shell tacos
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning for seafood
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 ea lime squeezed into juice
  • 6 oz shredded lettuce
  • 2 cups Pineapple Salsa (Shown in my previous post)

Pineapple Salsa Ingredients

  • 1/2 ea red onion diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro fresh chopped
  • 1 ea bell pepper chopped
  • 1 20 oz can pineapples chopped
  • 1 ea fresh jalapeno seeds removed and chopped
  • 1 ea fresh lime squeezed into juice
  • 1 tsp papricka
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  • Make sure your shrimp are thawed the night before in the refrigerator or by thawing under running cold water.
  • Chop up all your ingredients for the pineapple salsa and combine/mix well into a bowl. Put into refrigerator to chill while the shrimp are cooking.
  • Melt the butter in the frying pan and after the butter has just melted, put the shrimp into the pan to cook with the stove temperature set just below medium.
  • Sprinkle the shrimp with half of the seasonings, squeeze half of the lime juice over it, and cook for around 2 minutes, then flip each shrimp over and add the remaining seasonings to the other side along with some of the lime juice.
  • Cook for around 2 minutes or until the shrimp are completely done. Shrimp are done when the color changes to white with pink stripes and they will curl up to a smaller size.
  • Place some shrimp into a taco shell and top with the pineapple salsa and lettuce.
  • Enjoy!
